How do I place an order?
Just add your items to your cart and follow the instructions. Decide if you want to pickup your order or have it delivered. Keep in mind that the only payment option that we currently accept is e-transfer. Once your order is submitted, just send us an e-transfer of the full amount of your order at info@kyancuisine.ca - Answer: Kyan2020
We deliver every week all order Mondays or Thursdays evenings between 4 p.m and 9 p.m  Make sure to put in your order before 8 a.m the morning of the delivery. 
Where do we deliver and is there a delivery fee?
We deliver all order over 40.00$ for free everywhere in Ottawa/Orleans and Prescott-Russell. All orders under 40.00$ are charged a small delivery fee of 5.00$. Not sure if we deliver to your home? Send us a quick email to confirm. 
Can I pickup my order? 
You can pickup your order at Marché Bonichoix located at 1244 St-Augustin Street in Embrun, Ontario every Tuesday between 9 a.m and 8 p.m. Make sure to put in your order before 8 a.m Monday.  
How long will my meals last?
All Kyan Cuisine's salad bowl will be good for an average of six days. Each bowls have a best before date on them. For the frozen meal (chili and spaghetti sauce), we recommend to keep them a maximum of 90 days in the freezer. Once you take out of the freezer, they will keep good for six days in the refrigerator.   
Where do you get your ingredients from?
We mostly use local, fresh, and when possible, organic products. We strive on providing you with the best local food, therefore we try and collaborate with local businesses as much as possible. More information will come about our collaborators later.

We accept any comments or feedback about our meals, services, etc. This allows us to know how we can better serve you in the future. Simply click on the CONTACT US link on the homepage and send us your comments or questions using the form at your disposal.

 
Payment Options

 

The only payment option that we currently accept is e-transfer. After you submitted your order, please send us the full amount of your order by e-transfer at info@kyancuisine.ca - Answer: Kyan2020

Returns & Refunds
 

Due to the freshness of our products and the preparation required, no order cancellation is accepted. If you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of a product and/or meal, please contact Kyan Cuisine within one day of pickups or delivery. Kyan Cuisine will do its utmost to resolve the situation. Partial or full credit/reimbursement will be provided depending on the extent of the problem.


Note that Kyan Cuisine may request a photo or the return of the product in question.
