He invented the sauce and named it after himself … we think Alfredo would approve of our version – smooth and decadent cashew cream with earthy oregano and savoury basil. Plays nicely with fettuccine, proteins, rice and veggies.
Ingredients: Water, cashews, sunflower seed oil, arrowroot powder, basil, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, sea salt, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), xanthan gum. CONTAINS NUTS. Produced in a facility that also uses corn, soy and other nuts.
