Ingredients: Quinoa, seasoned chickpeas (ground cinnamon, clove, turmeric, coriander, ginger, smoked paprika, cumin and cayenne pepper), tabbouleh (parsley, quinoa, tomato, red onions, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, ground pepper, Himalayan pink salt), cucumber, tomato, marinated turnip (water, vinegar, Kosher salt, bay leaves, beets, garlic). Vinaigrette: Tahini (sesame butter), lemon juice, water, maple syrup, olive oil, Himalaya pink salt.
