Just in time for the holiday season, we are delighted to introduce our delicious vegetable and tofu pot pie! Tasty and full of flavors, this pie is a true celebration of vegan culinary art.

Inside, you will discover a perfect harmony of fresh vegetables such as celery, onion, carrot, green peas, and mushrooms, accompanied by crispy tofu. It is generously coated with a homemade white sauce made from cashew cream, all wrapped in a golden and crispy gluten-free crust.

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375°F. Bake the frozen veggie pot pie for 30-45 minutes. If the crust becomes golden enough to your liking before
the pie is fully cooked, place aluminum foil over the veggie pot pie.

Ingredients: Filling: Cashew cream (soaked cashews, water), onions, celery, carrots, green peas, mushrooms, vegetable broth (water, mirepoix - carrots, celery, onion, sugars - maltodextrin, sugar, salt, tomato paste, yeast extract, concentrated carrot juice, cornstarch, concentrated celery juice, garlic powder, concentrated onion juice, natural flavors, spices), tofu (soy, tapioca, grapeseed oil, salt and pepper, white wine, sticky rice flour, olive oil, fresh parsley, spices. Pie crust: Brown rice flour, water, organic palm oil*, organic cane sugar, tapioca starch, potato starch. Contains less than 2% of each of the following ingredients: sea salt, aluminum-free baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, tapioca starch, monocalcium phosphate), guar gum.
